YEP (YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROCESS) ,  is a programme that has been designed after the need for intervention has been discovered In working to encourage young people to develop and rely on their own assets, the programme focuses on each young person's ability while taking in consideration his/her individual family, social, cultural and school environment.
